  • To make the process risk-free, it all starts with a free 30-minute consultation to agree and ensure we're a good fit to move forward.

  • Next, we create an coaching/mentoring agreement to define goals and guidelines for our engagement.

  • To gain lasting results and build true accountability, we typically meet 4-5 times, either online or in person – even in nature in the form of a walking engagement. You decide what works for you.
